Redlands Temporary Supported Accommodation
The Temporary Supported Accommodation in Redlands has been designed to ensure the comfort and well-being of our clients is a top priority with surroundings that are well maintained, comfortable and functional.
Located on a large block of land in the heart of Redlands, the site includes two large buildings, joined by a covered walkway and two fully self-contained three-bedroom two-storey townhouses. Within the main buildings, there are 26 studio suites that include a bedroom, a bathroom, a basic kitchenette, a dining space, TV and fully air-conditioned.
The Redlands accommodation offers several communal areas both indoors and outdoors for clients to enjoy. These include a large shared kitchen, multiple laundries, large dining room, a lounge, activity areas and covered outdoor spaces.
The site is fully secured with an electric gate and monitoring system.
What Support Do We Offer at Redlands?
As part of our person-centered approach, we provide on-site support services at the Redlands Temporary Accommodation which include the following:

Identifying and prioritising short and long-term goals.

Determining strategies and actions to achieve these goals.

Identifying changes in strengths, needs, and challenges.

Facilitating, collaborating, and coordinating services to ensure clients are supported to make connections in the Redlands community.

Regular communication and information sharing.
Who Do We Help at Redlands?
At Redlands Temporary Accomodation we support the following:

Single adults experiencing, or at risk of, homelessness

Adult couples experiencing, or at risk of, homelessness

Adult families experiencing, or at risk of, homelessness

Children under the age of 18 years are not able to be accommodated

Pets cannot be accommodated

The accommodation is particularly suitable for older people over the age of 60 years or those who may be experiencing, at a younger age, the health and living restrictions that ageing brings.
